Project 2A: Production Shooting
Work Progress
In this task, Mr Martin formed groups of 9 members for us to complete
the shooting. My group is group 3. There are many roles for us to
participate in the shooting. I was given the role of actress. I was
acting the main character, Evelyn for the movie, "Everything Everywhere
All At Once".

Figure 2: Storyboard
There are three shots for scene one, one shot for scene two, scene
three, two shots for scene four. There are seven shots in total for
this shooting project. We detailed all the scenes and wrote dialogue
for each shots. Our assistant director, Zhi Xuan arranged the time
of shooting for each shot. We followed the time arrangement
and complete our shooting successfully.
Figure 3: Dialogue
We started shooting in week 6. Our group members work cooperatively.
We solved problems and helped each other well.

Figure 5: Behind the scene
We created a google drive folder for Group 3 Production Shooting.
After shooting, the director uploaded all the footages and audios in
the folder. We are required to edit the footages as a movie trailer
individually.

REFLECTION
Through Project 2, I learned the importance of being flexible and
adapting to unexpected changes. Creating a TikTok video involves multiple stages of production that
each offer unique learning experiences. The process begins with
concept development, where brainstorming ideas is crucial. This can be
inspired by current trends, personal experiences, or innovative
concepts. I learned the importance of scripting for more structured
content, which ensures clarity and a smooth flow. Visualizing the
video through a storyboard helped guide the shooting process and
guaranteed that all necessary shots were captured. Editing, the final stage, was particularly enlightening as it
involved piecing together various shots to create a coherent and
engaging story. This process highlighted the importance of pacing,
transitions, and the role of music and sound effects in enhancing
the viewer's experience. Overall, production shooting and creating a
TikTok video taught me valuable lessons in planning, creativity,
adaptability, and technical skills.
