REFLECTION

Experience:
In this semester, I learned many knowledge and useful skills for Typography. I learned the technique of making fonts readable and visually appealing. I learned about understanding typefaces, line spacing, kerning...... As I progress, I searched for references and samples from seniors. This makes me explore more about Typography. Hands-on practice with typefaces and layout play a crucial role in exploring typographic skills. This semester deepen my understanding of design and make good use of creativity. Animation part is fun too.

Observations:
I noticed that following the lecturer's instructions and information given are crucial. It helps me to get ideas easily. Learning to prioritise and emphasise font size and weight. I observed how type interacts within a grid system helps create organised layouts. Trying out different layouts and styles can also help in discovering a better outcome of your design. I realised that practice more on work creates improvement.

Findings:
I found that learning typography brings understanding of design principles. It encourages exploration, creativity of one's typographic sensibilities. Typography communicates beyond words. Other that that, learn from others to improve ourselves is very crucial. Stay positive and keep learning will make our design become better. I will never give up on every challenges that I face because a winner is a dreamer who never gives up.
